Hello and welcome to my blog. This, the first of an undoubtedly irregular series of posts, will just be an outline of what I hope to be posting. I will be describing my experiences as an artist and my general thoughts about art and other topics I find interesting. This might include things such as my favourite materials, books, artists, techniques etc. and quite possibly the odd recipe too. I will also, of course, be adding functionality to the blog itself as time goes by.
I’ve been working on and off as an artist for the past 7 years and my original intention was to start blogging straight away, but unfortunately I am the archetypal procrastinator (just ask my wife about our house renovation project) and this plan fell by the wayside like oh-so-many others. But, finally, here we are and I hope you find something of interest or useful during your time here.
